3. Combined Resources. Positive Software employees benefit by having access to the extensive set of resources available at Parallels including: a large pool of development expertise; extensive sales and marketing resources; industry-wide contacts.
4. Customer Choice. The acquisition will provide Positive Software customers with a larger variety of choices when selecting hosting automation solutions.
The goal of this acquisition is to provide zero interruption to the business operations of existing Positive Software customers. Positive Software's products will remain intact and supported. Existing maintenance contracts will be honored. Services engagements that are underway/planned will continue according to the timelines established prior to the acquisition.

Over time, Parallels will incorporate the best features of Positive Software products with existing Parallels products to create highly advanced hosting technologies. Customers will have the option to upgrade to the new technologies. In some cases, additional licensing fees may apply.
